MANAGED SERVICES

Our ‘1 Care’ Managed Plan services are designed to help you get the most from your investment in IT.

Each ‘1 Care’ Managed Plan contract is tailored to your practices’ needs but all contracts include:

  • Clearly defined systems, SLA’s and responsibilities
  • Documentation of all systems to be supported
  • One point of contact for your team to use…one number, one email address…simple
  • Best practice professional systems for monitoring and IT Helpdesk
  • Access to all of MedStar resource and knowledge (from support to engineers)
  • A cost effective price (normally giving you a saving on your current IT Opex)
IT SECURITY AND BACK UP SYSTEMS

MedStar provides a suite of monitoring and preventative maintenance packages to keep core business systems such as computers, servers, firewalls, backup media up to date, healthy and working to their full potential. Our maintenance service packages pro-actively manage customer’s IT to minimise system vulnerabilities and downtime. Our many options allow you to outsource all of your IT and Network assistance or provide IT support for existing staff.

WE OFFER BOTH ON-SITE AND REMOTE SUPPORT

Whilst on site consultancy is always available, most clients find our remote support highly effective. At the first sign of a problem, our specialists ‘get inside your system’, under the tightest security, identify and fix the problem…fast. The engineer can see first-hand if it is user error, software or network problems to ensure speedy and cost effective support.  Because we are your one-stop shop, you won’t get caught in the crossfire between hardware and software problems.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION

New and existing software applications can be integrated using MedStar’s extensive knowledge of primary and secondary health providers’ requirements. Best practice is always employed and our methodology ensures that your implementation is a success. This work can be implemented either on site or remotely if required to achieve more cost efficiencies and avoid downtime for the practice. Whichever you choose, project managers will provide regular reporting so you can be assured the work is being completed on time and within budget.
