To allow our technicians to connect to your computer, follow these steps:

1) Click the Download button above.
2) On the next page that opens, click the Connect button to start the download.
3) Save the file to your computer.
4) When the download completes, open the file.
5) You should see a popup notification like the one below when you are connected.
6) Contact Us to start your remote support session.

When your remote support session is complete, we will remove the tool from your computer.
